1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SRIJORAA. By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or purchasing any handcrafted creations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Brand Identity & Intellectual Property

The name SRIJORAA, the brand mark, the official emblem, product sculpts, photography, editorial text, brand slogans (“Crafting Ideas Into Something Extraordinary”), and software design are the sole intellectual property of SRIJORAA and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

No portion of our designs, moulds, imagery, or website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization from SRIJORAA.

3. Handcrafted Product Variations Disclaimer

Our pieces are created through deliberate artisanal studio processes:

• Botanical Candles: Poured from 100% natural soy wax, which may exhibit minor crystalline frost marks.
• Resin Homeware: Organic pigment currents, metallic mica flecks, and fluid curves are distinct in each individual pour.
• 3D Additive Forms: Fine architectural layer strata are characteristic of precise additive biopolymer manufacturing.

You acknowledge that minor variations in color depth, pattern distribution, and surface texture are celebrated marks of handmade individuality and do not constitute defective goods.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery charges are computed and displayed clearly at checkout prior to payment finalization.

5. Order Acceptance & Payment Processing

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to inventory limitations, pricing discrepancies, or unserviceable delivery locations. Payments must be processed through our accredited payment gateway (Razorpay) before dispatch.

6. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Creations that feature custom engraving, bespoke calligraphy notes, or customized wedding/corporate batches require full prepayment before production begins. Once crafting has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned, except in cases of transit damage.

7. Shipping & Title

Title and risk of loss for all purchased creations pass to you upon handover of the parcel to our verified courier partner. We maintain transit insurance on all shipments to safeguard your purchase against transit damage or loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRIJORAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
