Return & Exchange Policy

1. The Handcrafted Artisanal Nature of SRIJORAA Objects

Every SRIJORAA piece is produced through intentional studio craftsmanship rather than automated mass-manufacturing. As a result, certain organic characteristics are inherent signatures of originality:

• Srijoraa Living (Botanical Candles): Microscopic crystallisation, subtle soy frosting, and minor shade variances are natural qualities of clean plant waxes and indicate the absence of chemical stabilizers.
• Srijoraa Studio (Resin Homeware): The fluid swirl of amber and obsidian pigments, suspended gold foil, and edge curves settle uniquely in each pour. No two trays or coasters are ever completely identical.
• Srijoraa Form (3D Printed Geometry): The subtle tactile layer texture is characteristic of additive biopolymer sculpting and is an intentional architectural aesthetic.

These characteristics are celebrated design attributes and are not recognized as manufacturing flaws.

2. Standard Return & Exchange Eligibility

We want you to be thoroughly delighted with your SRIJORAA pieces. If you wish to exchange an item, please ensure:

• The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the recorded delivery date.
• The item is completely unused, unlit (for candles), undamaged, and in its pristine original condition.
• All original packaging materials—including the rigid paper box, cotton ribbon, and authenticity card—are returned intact.

3. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit

Every parcel is insured and packed with impact-resistant cushioning. If an item arrives compromised:

• Please notify our studio within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to srijoraa@gmail.com.
• Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photographs/videos of the damaged item and the shipping container.
• Upon quick review, our studio will dispatch a brand-new replacement at zero additional charge, or issue a full refund if the limited edition is out of stock.

4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Creations

Due to their bespoke nature, the following categories are strictly non-returnable unless received in a damaged state:

• Personalised Gifting: Items with customized calligraphy message cards, engraved brass initials, or bespoke ribbon tags.
• Custom-Cast Corporate or Wedding Editions: Bespoke commissions crafted specifically to a customer’s custom color palette or dimensions.
• Items Marked Final Sale or Archive Drops.

5. Return Pickup & Refund Processing

• Reverse Pickup: Our team will coordinate a reverse courier pickup from your delivery address through our logistics network.
• Inspection: Once the piece returns to our atelier, our team verifies that the item remains unburned and in its original archival container.
• Refund Credit: Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
