1. Studio Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
At SRIJORAA, each creation is crafted, inspected, and packaged by hand in our New Delhi studio.
- In-Stock Creations: Handled, securely boxed, and handed over to our courier partner within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Hand-cast resin homeware and bespoke engraved gifting orders require 3 to 5 business days for complete material curing and artisanal finishing prior to dispatch.
- Studio Operating Days: Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding gazetted national holidays.
2. Domestic Delivery Timelines Across India
We partner with premium tier-1 logistics couriers (including BlueDart, Delhivery Express, and DTDC Air) to ensure swift and gentle transit:
- Delhi NCR & Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): Estimated 2 to 4 business days following dispatch.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: Estimated 4 to 6 business days following dispatch.
- North East, J&K, and Remote Locations: Estimated 6 to 8 business days following dispatch.
3. Sustainable & Protective Packaging Standards
Because our collections comprise sculptural wax columns, fluid mineral resin, and architectural 3D forms, our packaging engineering emphasizes maximum impact resistance with minimal environmental impact:
- Rigid Uncoated Paper Boxes: Custom-calibrated paperboard boxes engineered to resist crushing during handling.
- Biodegradable Honeycomb Cushioning: Expansive kraft paper buffer that absorbs shock without relying on non-recyclable plastic bubble wrap.
- Deckle-Edge Keepsake Cards: Every order arrives accompanied by an embossed cotton card detailing the piece’s edition and material care instructions.
- Gift Presentation: All Srijoraa Gifting parcels arrive pre-wrapped in natural linen-textured ribbon with a solid brass seal.
4. Live Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package has been scanned into the logistics network, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email and WhatsApp/SMS containing your air waybill (AWB) number and direct tracking link.
5. Shipping Rates & Complimentary Threshold
- Standard Insured Domestic Shipping: ₹150 flat fee on orders below ₹1,999.
- Complimentary Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout on all domestic orders valued at ₹1,999 or above.
