Every SRIJORAA piece is produced through intentional studio craftsmanship in Lucknow rather than automated mass-manufacturing. Certain organic characteristics are celebrated signatures of authentic human making:

• Srijoraa Living (Botanical Candles): Microscopic crystallization, subtle soy frosting, and minor shade variances are natural qualities of clean botanical waxes indicating the absence of synthetic chemical stabilizers.
• Srijoraa Studio (Resin Homeware): The fluid swirl of mineral pigments, suspended gold foil, and subtle edge curves settle uniquely in each mold. No two catchalls or coasters are ever completely identical.
• Srijoraa Form (3D Printed Geometry): The fine tactile layer strata is characteristic of algorithmic additive biopolymer sculpting and is an intentional architectural aesthetic.

These authentic artisanal attributes are celebrated marks of provenance and are not recognized as manufacturing defects.

We want you to be thoroughly delighted with your SRIJORAA creations. If you wish to exchange a standard item for an alternate finish or size, please ensure:

• The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the recorded date of delivery.
• The item is completely unused, unlit (for candles), undamaged, and in its pristine original condition.
• All original archival packaging—including the rigid kraft box, honeycomb paper cushion, cotton ribbon, and authenticity card—is intact.

Every parcel leaving our Lucknow studio is packed with high-density honeycomb paper and insured against courier damage. In the rare event an item arrives compromised:

• Notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to support@srijoraa.com.
• Please include your Order ID, a brief description, and clear unboxing photos/videos of the damaged item and exterior shipping container.
• Upon rapid studio review (within 24 hours), our studio will dispatch a brand-new replacement at zero additional charge, or issue a full refund if the limited batch is sold out.

Due to custom handcrafting and hygiene standards, the following categories are strictly non-returnable unless received in a damaged state:

• Personalized Gifting Parcels: Items featuring customized calligraphy message cards, monogrammed initials, or custom ribbon tags.
• Custom-Cast Corporate or Wedding Editions: Batch commissions created to customized color palettes, bespoke scents, or client specifications.
• Burned / Used Items: Candles that have been lit, melted, or items showing signs of handling or wear.
• Archive Drop or Sample Sale Items marked as Final Sale.

• Reverse Logistics Coordination: Upon approval of your exchange request, our team will coordinate a doorstep courier pickup from your delivery address through our trusted courier network.
• Studio Quality Inspection: Once the parcel arrives back at our Lucknow studio, our artisans verify that the piece remains unburned, undamaged, and securely enclosed in its original archival container.

Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days following inspection clearance. You will receive an automated confirmation receipt via email and SMS as soon as the banking switch processes the credit.
